• An exploration of the specific challenges the business faced due to the pandemic.
• A description of the strategies the business implemented in response to these challenges, and an evaluation of their effectiveness.
• Personal insights and suggestions for what the business could have done differently or strategies they could implement in the future.
To gather the necessary information for your analysis, you are encouraged to conduct an interview with a professional associated with the business, such as a manager or owner. This will provide you with first-hand insights into the impacts of the pandemic and the business's response strategies.
The goal of this assignment is to apply your theoretical knowledge to a real-world situation, encouraging critical thinking and personal understanding of the impacts of global events on the hospitality and tourism industries.
