For this assessment, you will need to submit a Word Document that emulates an email, with the following items that need to be covered in the assessment:

•    Imagine you are an experienced IT professional who has recently attended a conference on IT success factors.

•    Write an email to your colleague, who is also an IT professional, sharing your key takeaways from the conference regarding the factors of success for IT professionals that align with the expectations of diverse stakeholders.

•   Your email should provide a clear and concise summary of the success factors, including relevant examples and explanations.

•   Address any potential challenges or conflicts that IT professionals may face when trying to meet the expectations of diverse stakeholders.

•    Discuss strategies or recommendations to overcome these challenges and maintain a successful professional relationship with stakeholders.

•    Use a professional and respectful tone throughout the email, ensuring clarity in your writing.
